You can use your own return label or purchase one from us. Either way, just follow the instructions in our exchange & return portal. Return label pricing is listed below.
Returning/Exchanging from Outside the EU
Most carriers require a commercial invoice for returns from outside the EU. Download a template here:

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or cancellation. Use our exchange & return portal to start the process.
Once you've notified us of a cancellation, you have 30 days to return the item. You are liable for any damage during transport.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.
We will refund your original payment method, minus any reduction in value due to wear, missing packaging, or improper use. Reimbursement may be withheld until we receive the item or proof of return.
If an order is refused or not picked up, this is not considered a cancellation unless clearly stated in writing to service@anoncph.com. In such cases, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Holiday Returns
To make holiday shopping a little easier, we offer extended return and exchange rights on purchases made during the holiday period.
Orders placed between November 20 and December 24 can be returned or exchanged until January 30.
All returns and exchanges must follow our standard return conditions and items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
Free Shipping on Exchanges
We offer free return shipping for exchanges or gift card credits. Note that gift cards are non-refundable. Request a return label via our exchange & return portal.
Money Back
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund your payment. If the item has lost value due to use, we will deduct that amount. Items may also be returned to:

Refund of shipping costs will be processed if the complaint is justified.
Always return items in suitable packaging and obtain proof of shipment to ensure coverage of freight costs.
Using Your Own Return Label
If using your own label, return the item to:

Use a trackable, insured courier that delivers to a business address, not a parcel shop.
Large orders may not qualify for regular mail returns — maximum estimated return cost: 100 EUR.
Regardless of label type, register your return via our exchange & return portal.
Purchasing a Return Label from Us
You may use your own label or purchase one from us. If returning from the UK, your return will be routed through our Manchester facility to Copenhagen.

Right to Make a Complaint
If you wish to file a claim, please send a photo, order number, and description of the issue to Service@anoncph.com. We respond to all complaints within a few business days.
Under Danish consumer law, you have the right to complain for up to 24 months. If justified, we will repair, replace, refund, or discount the item.
Complaints must be made within a "reasonable time" (within 2 months is always considered acceptable). If justified, we will cover all return shipping costs.
What Happens After
Once your package is received, it will be processed within 8 business days. For status updates, we recommend tracking your shipment with the carrier.
